Awesome customer service and atmosphere. It looks very much like your Home ...my Sally loves to get groomed and pamered by these wonderful ladies...I feel comfortable leaving my dog with these loving ladies when I go out of town. I highly recommend this grooming shop. The knowledge about pet-care you"ll receive is just an extra bonus.... Thank you Ms.Kathi
Great Pet Grooming

As we adopt a rescued dog, we take them to our local vet, Benning Animal Hospital and then take them to the Loving Touch Grooming Center for grooming. The staff at Loving Touch, Christine and Patty, have always been there to groom our little new addition with loving care. Some of our pet family are seniors and they have gone out of their way to insure that our new addition is comfortable while receiving their grooming services. We have been using their services for over 10 years and have always been pleased.

I went in this groomer a total of 3 times since being stationed at Ft. Benning in December 2006. The last 2 times were horrible. They knicked my puppy (no apology was given) but managed to charged an extra $10 because THEY said he was matted. We get our puppy groomed on a consistent basis so what they called matted was a price gauging (in my opinion) because they can charge what they want too. I gave them another try and this time my puppy was cut underneath his left leg and this time they charge extra for behavioral issues which I've never heard of any groomer charging in the US and I have traveled all over the world with many different dogs. My puppy is only guilty of playing alot and licking just to cuddle so I wouldn't recommend this groomer because you may come out with a few knicks or two on your dog and don't be surprised if you see a fee increase everytime you're there to pick up your animal. I realized they're in a new building but don't take it out on the customers and charge bogus fees just to accomadate for your rent on the place.
