I had my car window smashed in a while ago by a thief. CBW was the "preferred" shop with my insurance company, so I was essentially forced to go to them for the repair. I was not the least bit impressed. When I got my car back, the window was not fitted correctly and it left a large gap between the window and the door frame. I had to bring it back so they could adjust it again, which they did without complaint. But the job still wasn't near perfect. The seal they used on the door frame was not a Honda part, it was smaller and less thick than the passenger side window. Because of that, the window does not close correctly 60% of the time and I can always hear and feel wind leaking into the car when traveling at interstate speeds. I have to open and close my window repeatedly with the hope that it closes snuggly enough for the leak to be as small as possible. Upon closer inspection, as well, I noticed that they did not use a certified Honda window, as they promised they would. The cheap, off-the-rack window they used is not as large as the original window, thus contributing to the air leak. It's been a couple of years since that botched repair and I now live in Atlanta. The problem is getting worse everyday, and I'm afraid I'm going to have to pay again to get it fixed...hopefully by someone who knows more about what they're doing than the people at CBW.
