Description:
One of the most technologically advanced performing arts venues in the state, RiverCenter for the Performing Arts has a 2,200-seat main theater, a 450-seat concert hall, and a 250-seat black box theater. This wide variety of venues allows a diverse group of local companies, such as the Columbus Ballet and the Youth Orchestra of Greater Columbus, and nationally touring acts, which have previously included the Broadway hit "The Producers" and Taylor Hicks, to perform at the center. It is centrally located in historic Columbus, just blocks from the river.
